Couples therapy is not currently covered by Medicare's Better Access program. Medicare rebates under a Mental Health Care Plan apply to individual mental health sessions only not to couples or relationship counselling.

Some private health funds include couples counselling under extras cover, depending on your level of cover and fund. It's worth calling your fund directly and asking whether "couples counselling" or "relationship counselling" is included. Coverage varies significantly between funds.

We're happy to provide a receipt with the relevant details for you to lodge a claim if your fund covers it.

Payment is due at the time of your session. We accept credit and debit card payments. You'll receive a receipt after each session.

We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. We understand that life happens — if something unexpected comes up, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
