Yes, we are well versed in providing virtual support Australia-Wide.

What kind of ways can you support allied health staff?

As Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, supervision hours can be counted towards CPD requirements. Other Allied health professionals may also be eligible (depending on their professional body).

Likewise we can also tailor our support and provide more flexible coaching support for teams such as:

  • Direct Support Workers

  • Case Workers

  • Team Leaders, Senior Managers

  • Other organisations with a human service focus who may not have capacity within their organisation to get supported.

How does the Employee Assistance Program work?

Our Employee Assistance Program first and foremost can be tailored to your business needs. We do not provide 24/7 coverage. How we differ is we offer a local face and support if your staff require it from people who understand your community.

What is your cancellation / rescheduling policy?

Rescheduling: Where possible, we will attempt to reschedule your appointment, if requested, with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your session time at no cost to you.

Cancellation: Clients cancelling/rescheduling within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment are required to pay 50% of their scheduled appointment fee. Those who fail to attend their appointment, will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled session fee.

What are your fees?

All fees are $175.50 Plus GST ($19.50) per hour with the exception of EAP bundles.
